Little Miracle
Bailey hurt her knee on Wednesday evening to the point that she could not walk on it. We were very worried so Joel gave her a preistood blessing. The next day she hobbled around in the morning and by evening she was walking quite well. Today she is back to her normal self and is running around like usual. I am grateful for little miracles.

bumpy week
I have had such a strange week...
First I had a flat tire on the way to work. My car was suck there right on the edge of the freeway, and the tire that was flat was only about 4-5 feet from the white line. It was a very dangerous location. And because I still had both of Bailey's car seats in my van with me from our trip to Seattle, Joel could not come change my tire for me. So with out AAA I decided to start changing my own tire. It is tough! Well I felt really buff so I got the spare out, the van jacked up and was starting in on the lug nuts and right when I came to one that I could not budge a nice stranger came to the rescue. He said that he was taking his daughter to school and on his way back he noticed that no one had stopped to help me. Thank goodness he did! I was going to be late for work and I was sure a patient would be waiting on me, which I do not like at all. But my tire was done very fast and by the time I got to work, my patient was there a little late too. Everything has a way of working out.
The second strange thing is last night we took Bailey to go ice skating. There's a little play area, so she was playing on the playground and sprained her knee. She does not have any pain or swelling, but her knee is not stable enough for her to walk... It is so sad, after she slid down a mound thingy, she tried to get up, and Joel and I did not see her get hurt, but she could not walk and fell over three times in a row as she tried. No crying at all. Very strange in deed. We are going to get a brace for her, but I still can't beleive that there is no pain and no swelling or bruising considering the fact that her knee can not support her. We did not get to go ice skating, we gave our tickets to someone and went home. We are going to wait a day or two to see if she gets better.

Christmas 2010 Our trip to Washington
On the morning of Christmas Eve Bailey opened her presents before we headed out for the airport.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Seattle, WA visiting Grandma, and Papa. Bailey loved seeing some of her cousins too.

The time came for us to fly back to Texas. Here is Bailey with her boarding pass.

And now that we are home she still talks about them, especially Logan, and Ollie (the dog)
